Cruschiform

Behind this pseudonym is the young French illustrator Marie-Laure Cruschi and her studio founded in 2007. Cruschiform attended the school Estienne followed by l’École des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. She initially gained recognition as an artistic director in the luxury sector before turning to illustration.

On the borderline between graphics, illustration and typography, Marie-Laure Cruschi creates a perfect dialogue between colours and modular forms through unique and intriguing graphics and geometric features. Cruschiform draws and nourishes her feeling for colour from Impressionism to animated film sets and tourism posters from the 30s to create a narrative and poetic universe.

Driven by her desire to question the world, she sublimates architecture, nature and people into her unique and very contemporary drawings.
