Les Échos took the decision to entrust the design of its logo to a different illustrator every week, allowing him or her to come up with a design relevant to current news stories, or that’s in keeping with the current mood. The subject can of course hinge on news, economic or political themes, but can also relate to cultural, scientific or societal issues.
